Border issues must not disturb peaceful relationship: Naga Hoho President

Dimapur, December 29 (MExN): Periodical ‘petty border issues’ between Assam and Nagaland “must never ever disturb the peaceful relationship between the people of Assamese and Nagas,” Naga Hoho President HK Zhimomi, has urged.

Zhimomi made the appeal while gracing the 105th Annual Conference of Assam Sathiya Sabha as a chief guest at Golaghat Town on December 27. 

He further asked the executives of the incumbent Assam Sathiya Sabha, the oldest institution in the North-East, to extend their support to the ongoing Indo-Naga political peace talks, informed a press release from the Naga Hoho.
