Kohima, April 5 (MExN): The Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima (CBCK) observed Resurrection Sunday at its church premises on April 5, calling upon believers to embrace a resurrected and renewed life.
Speaking at the morning service on the theme “The Risen King,” Dr Chikhungo Puro called on the congregation to seek God faithfully, stating that those who sincerely seek Him will have their burdens taken away.
In the evening worship service, Rev Dr Kevekhalo Lasuh spoke on “The Returning King.”
Neposo Thelüo and Zhopota Rhakho led the morning and evening services respectively, while special songs were presented by Vekrelü Chüzho, PWD Cezo Mepu, Kenuozou Cezo Mepu and Sepfüzou Cezo Mepu.
