Mokokchung, April 14 (MExN): An orientation programme aimed at equipping students with insights into employment opportunities and career development was held at Jubilee Memorial College (JMC), Mokokchung, on April 14.

Organised by the College‘s career Counselling Cell in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and hosted by Chillibreeze, the session sought to familiarise students with emerging job markets and prepare them for professional environments.

Conducted as a webinar at the JMC Hall, the session began with an overview of diverse job sectors, highlighting that all professions ultimately serve the community, while also addressing current job market realities and the need for preparedness.

As per a press release, the Chillibreeze team introduced the company as a Northeast-based professional services firm, outlining its work in PowerPoint design, formatting, and presentation services for global clients such as Microsoft and PepsiCo.

They explained the process of transforming draft materials into high-quality presentations, with roles including presentation designers and document specialists.

The team further elaborated on the organisation’s structure, comprising departments such as administration, human resources, marketing, finance, sales, IT, and training, and highlighted the training and probation process focused on skill-building and professional growth.

They also underscored the company’s emphasis on skills and character over specific academic qualifications.
