Kohima, April 21 (MExN): A four-day in-house training on office procedures and service rules for District Office Assistants (UDAs/LDAs) under the Directorate of School Education commenced in Kohima on April 21.
In his inaugural address, DoSE Director Razouseyi Vese encouraged participants to be sincere in executing their roles and responsibilities, noting that they play a key role in their respective establishments.
A total of 45 participants from all districts are attending the training programme, which will conclude on April 24.
Meanwhile, Secretariat Assistant Raymond Vizo highlighted the Nagaland Education Service Rules, 2017, while L Yemertetba, Under Secretary, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, spoke on the maintenance of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR), service books, and leave rules.
Topics to be covered during the four-day session include noting and drafting, file management, matters related to accounts, PIMS, SMILE App, and TAMS, the release added.
The inaugural session was chaired by Vichuhu, Training Officer, DoSE.
