DIMAPUR, APRIL 11 (MExN): A one-day Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme was conducted at Pranab Vidyapith Higher Secondary School, Dimapur on April 11. The event was organised by the Nagaland Tool Room and Training Centre (NTTC) with the aim of nurturing entrepreneurial spirit among students.
The primary objective of the programme was to instill a mindset of self-employment and inspire students to explore opportunities in business and enterprise. The event was attended by school Principal Monoj Bhattacharjee, Vice Principal PS Deb, faculty members, and students from the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
The programme commenced with an introductory address by Walu T. Imchen, Instructor-cum-Project Executive at NTTC. As part of the curriculum, practical demonstrations and sessions were held on soap making, food processing, solid waste management, and other entrepreneurship-related activities.
A significant number of students participated actively in the various hands-on sessions and discussions based on their interests. The programme was well-received and proved to be both informative and inspiring for the participants.
