Dimapur, June 9 (MExN): The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Special State Office in Dimapur announced that it has been processing Provident Fund and Pension Fund claims within 7 to 10 days of receiving online submissions, provided the member's Know Your Customer (KYC) details are complete.
In a press statement, Regional PF Commissioner-II Samuel Das said the office has also been prioritizing the settlement of death-related claims, including those for spouses, children, nominees, and dependent parents, along with insurance claims under the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) scheme.
“All efforts are taken to settle death claims… within the shortest possible time as far as possible,” the statement read.
The EPFO has invited members, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to approach the Regional PF Commissioner directly at the Dimapur office for any grievances. The office is located at 218, United Colony, Half Nagarjan, Dimapur.
