Mokokchung, May 26 (MExN): The Medical Department and the Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC), with support from the 15th Finance Commission (XVFC) Health Grant, will organise a two-day super speciality health camp at the Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital (IMDH), Mokokchung, on May 29 and 30.
The camp aims to provide citizens direct access to specialised medical consultation and healthcare services.
As per the State DIPR, two super specialists will be available for consultation during the camp: Dr Gnanaraj Jesudian (MBBS, MS-Urology) and Dr Samuel Noklang (MD-Cardiology).
The consultations with the doctors will free of cost but charges will apply for diagnostic investigations, laboratory tests, and specialised screenings, if required during the camp, it added.
The public has been encouraged to avail the opportunity to seek expert medical consultation during the two-day programme.
In preparation for the main event, preliminary screening of patients is currently underway at IMDH Mokokchung.
Patients seeking specialised care for urological or cardiac conditions are encouraged to visit the hospital early for screening to ensure a smooth consultation process during the camp.
