GPRN/NSCN on 'bogus national workers'

Dimapur, July 19 (MExN): The GPRN/NSCN Sangtam Region has claimed that there are some individuals who are attempting to make “easy money in the name of K gang” in United Sangtam Region. In order to alert the public under Kiphire district, GPRN/NSCN United Sangtam Region would like to identify some of these bogus national workers and their anti-national activities.
A press note issued by the United Sangtam Region Authorities, GPRN/NSCN stated: “…one Zikuimong Sangtam, a former tatar, hailing from Singrep Village has always been a disgrace to his village as well as the Sangtam region. He is the man who siphoned off a NREGA job card Scheme community money of Anatongre villagers amounting to 7,08,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakhs eight thousand). His threats and intimidations of the public is well documented. GPRN/NSCN donated a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) to the church building project of Samphure Village and this man misused the amount the money belonging to the church. While GPRN/NSCN was examining all these cases committed against the people, he ran away fearing disciplinary action. He shall be arrested for his misdeeds against the Sangtam people. The general public are requested be on alert against this money monger.”
Also, Horiba Sangtam ‘dy. Kilonser’, another “man of doubtful character”. The GPRN/NSCN alleged that he was suspended in 2010 for indiscipline. “He is the man who misused government money to the tune of 90,000/-meant for the development of GPRN/NSCN designated camp. He lives for material pursuit and not for the Naga nation. The general public are informed not to trust a word from the mouth from this fraudster.”
Lastly, ‘capt’ Lizisie “misused an amount of Rs. 3,00,000 of employment tax from the Region. As soon as his theft was found out he escaped to K Gang for his safety”, the note stated.
