KOHIMA, OCTOBER 10 (DIPR): The Governor of Nagaland, Nikhil Kumar graced the Variety Show in Aid of Cherry Blossom School, Kohima, on the 10th of October 2011, at the State Academy Hall, Kohima; as the chief guest.
The Governor commended on the Principal of the School and the teachers who gave their time and effort into the variety show programme. He expressed appreciation to the School for its social role in caring for the disabled children and in building their confidence and character. His Excellency made special reference to the presentation by the Tiny-Tots, terming it as most touching.
The Governor also noted on two items of the Variety Show namely the 'Fashion Show' by Colour Fusion and the 'Special Song' by Suchi Chang. He asserted that fashion today is a flourishing industry in India and the World. He also divulged his observation that there is great talent for singing in Nagaland. His Excellency offered his services towards building of careers in these fields of activities for the people of Nagaland.
