Tizit, July 4 (MExN): The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Tizit has prohibited the movement of heavy vehicles along the ISC Road leading to Zangkham village under Tizit sub-division with effect from July 5, citing the rapid deterioration of the road.
In an official order, ADC C Phuniang said the restriction has been imposed to prevent further damage to the road and ensure public safety.
The order said the restriction will remain in force until the damaged stretch is properly repaired or until the end of the monsoon season, whichever is earlier.
It added that the duration of the restriction is subject to revision depending on the condition of the road.
