IAF delivers 5 more tonnes of medical supplies for Nagaland

DIMAPUR, APRIL 4 (MExN): The Indian Air Force (IAF) delivered another 5 tonnes of medical supplies for the State of Nagaland on April 4.
A DIPR report informed that the supplies were transported to the Dimapur airport by an IL-76 MD of the 44 Squadron, Chandigarh base unit, which landed in Dimapur at 4:00pm.
The aircraft further proceeded to Imphal with approximately 13 tonnes of medical load for Manipur. This is the second consignment delivered by IAF, in support of the civil administration.
The Nagaland State Government meanwhile expressed gratitude to the IAF for the help rendered to the State in the fight against COVID-19.
