In-house training for ministerial staffs of DoSE begins in Kohima

Kohima, April 27 (MExN): Three-day in-house training cum inter-active sessions for Directorate Ministerial Staffs of School Education (DoSE), Nagaland commenced at Samagra Hall, Directorate of School Education, Kohima on April 27. 

Deenabandhu Panda, Additional Director, DoSE in his inaugural speech encouraged the participants to be sincere in their duties. He also emphasised that one should know their works assigned to them but should also be aware of different sections as well.

A total of 40 Ministerial staffs from the Directorate are participating in the training which will culminate on April 29. 

The resource person for the day was Andreas Lotha, Retired Deputy Secretary to the Government of Nagaland who highlighted on The Nagaland Government Servant conduct rules, Filing System and Management of Daks. Topics to be covered during the 3 days session include Nagaland Education Service Rules 2017, APAR, Service Book, Personal File, Leave Rules, Noting & Drafting with Resource persons from Secretariat (Education Branch) and P & AR Department.
