Dimapur, Oct 19 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council has taken strong exception at hawkers in some areas of the capital still transacting business in violation of an earlier order passed. The KTC has reminded all hawkers (company product sellers, gas ‘servicers’, tea sellers, fish sellers, fruit sellers, scrap dealers or ‘harikmals’, book sellers etc) to obtain/renew their trade permits from the KMC office on or before October 31, failing which defaulters/violators shall be penalized by seizure of their goods/articles or fine or with both, warned KMC through its Chairman Menuovilie in a notification.
