Mokokchung, September 30 (MExN): The Longkong Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) in the Mokokchung district has been awarded the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification.
The NQAS certification is a national recognition awarded to public health facilities that meet stringent criteria for quality in healthcare services.
The centre underwent an external assessment for NQAS by empanelled external assessors on August 30, 2025, and achieved the certification which recognises excellence and commitment to high-quality standards.
“This accomplishment is the outcome of the dedication and hard work of the healthcare staff, ASHAs, stakeholders, and the Health and Wellness Centre Management Committee (HCMC),” stated a press release received here.
