Wokha, July 22 (MExN): The Lotha Youth Hoho (LYH), Wokha today alleged that the entire district is facing “unpredictable network and exhibition of poor workmanship for the past few months.”
While acknowledging the 'tireless efforts' put in by all the network service providers of the district to usher quality services to the consumers, the LYH reminded the service providers that the concerned authorities have been requested through representation “for improvement of network services, but things have deteriorated at its impecunious base without any improvement.” The Hoho reiterated that paid services need equal reciprocity of value services.
The LYH also stated that amid the COVID-19 pandemic, people are relying to work through internet facilities. “Student community and office goers, professionals and general public alike are denied the right to keep themselves updated because of the erratic network services,” it stated.
Therefore, the LYH has appealed to the authorities to resolve the issue within seven days with effect from the date of publishing this press release, failing which the telecom company will be held responsible for any untoward incident.
