Mokokchung, July 25 (MExN): MLA and Advisor A Pangjung Jamir on Saturday visited flood-affected areas in Tuli and Tzudikong towns of Mokokchung district and distributed emergency relief assistance to affected families.
Jamir was accompanied by Tuli Town ward councillors, ward chairmen and BJP 21 Tuli Mandal workers during the inspection of areas affected by recent floods.
The team interacted with displaced and affected families, expressed sympathy over the losses suffered and assured them of continued support during the rehabilitation process.
Emergency relief funds were distributed to provide immediate assistance to families impacted by the floods.
The BJP said it stands in solidarity with all affected families and prayed for their safety, strength and speedy recovery.
