MOKOKCHUNG, OCTOBER 22 (MExN): The Mokokchung Police will organise a Mini-Marathon on October 25 under the theme “Run for Cyber Security Awareness” to sensitise students and citizens about cyber safety and preventive measures against cybercrimes.
The race will start at 5 AM from Police New Reserve and conclude at Police Point in Mokokchung Town. Participants from all sections of society have been invited to join in promoting digital vigilance.
Prizes and certificates will be awarded in the Open Category (Men and Women) and School Category (Boys and Girls) for first, second, and third positions.
The Additional Superintendent of Police & PRO, Mokokchung Police, said the initiative aims to engage the community in understanding the importance of cyber security in the digital era and to encourage safe online practices. Citizens, students, and institutions have been urged to participate and contribute to building a safer cyber environment.
