Nagaland: 13 samples tests negative, 4 more sent on March 27

Nagaland did not report any COVID-19 case as on March 27 evening. According to Planning & Coordination Minister Neiba Kronu, who is also one of the Nagaland State Government’s Spokespersons on the COVID-19 crisis, informed that the 5 suspected samples, results of which were awaited, returned negative.
Another batch of 4 samples was dispatched for tests on March 27, taking the total of samples sent for tests to 17. As per the latest update, 13 samples have tested negative and the test results of 4 are awaited.
He informed that a total of 2719 persons, including students, “have self-reported to the respective Surveillance Teams of the Districts” and under “home quarantine.” Further, 4 persons were said to be under “facility quarantine.”
