Nagaland Contributes - how much ??????

I  got an email today that says "Responding to common sentiments, The Music Task Force (YRS), Nagaland is coordinating efforts for the Concert titled - Nagaland Contributes- a solidarity benefit concert in aid of - 2011 Japan earthquake & tsunami, at Khuochiezie, Local Ground, Kohima. 5:00 pm, on 1st April, 2011." which appeared in some papers today,  After reading it I couldn't believe whether it was for real, only after i read  "Cash & cheques may be deposited into the Nagaland Contributes A/c with the Axis Bank, Kohima our banking partner". Come on, this is too much, even our Chief Minister said "Nagaland is a poor state and we should act like one" .
Now Nagaland Govt (MTF) and even NBCC wants us to donate for Japan. Nobody cared for the 20 houses that were gutted recently at Lhomithi Colony Dimapur, the 2 houses in Sepfuzou Kohima, another 9 houses burnt down two injured in New Market Kohima or for that matter when 3-4 houses were destroyed last year in a landslide in Kohima. When will NBCC pray for them, forget about asking for donation to rebuild their home.
Is the Government and the Church after sensational news. Just consoling and praying is ok, but donating is way too much, infact donating for another nation is a direct insult to the fire victims, Its a sin against humanity. When CM  house was burnt down, all the ruling MLA's were contributing from their LAPD, some offered their Official Bungalows, some Organisation console him through media etc, some were ready to contribute money and some people wrote "Oh so sad, OMG CM's house is burning etc" "OMG" "pray for Japan" on popular social network sites. Where were you when our own people suffered?
Where are those "Generous and kind hearted people" today? Is your heart meant only for the rich and the affluent? How many of you, who rushed to CM's Bungalow during the fire incident, actually rushed to New market to help? How many of you from NBCC actually prayed for the fire victims? Do you really care, or to care you need sensational news, something big? Off course as human we feel sorry for Japan but, CHARITY STARTS AT HOME. By the way where was the donation when Haiti quake happened.
