Nagaland Government effects major bureaucratic reshuffle

Kohima, April 3 (MExN): The Nagaland Government today effected a major reshuffle in the top echelons of the state bureaucracy with transfers and promotions, relieving or allocation of additional charges of 31 IAS/NCS/NSS officers.

A notification issued by the State’s Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (Personnel 'A' Branch) informed that the Governor of Nagaland in the interest of public service has ordered transfer and posting “with immediate effect.”

The following IAS/NCS/NSS officers are part of the reshuffle.

1. Temjen Toy, IAS, Chief Secretary & Finance Commissioner is relieved of the charge of Finance Commissioner.
2. Jan-e Alam, IAS, ACS to Chief Minister, Development Commissioner and Tribal Affairs Department shall hold additional charge of Transport Department for matters relating to Civil Aviation. Railway and Waterways.
3. Sentiyanger lmchen, IAS, ACS & APC is transferred and posted as Finance Commissioner.
4. R Ramakrishnan, IAS, Principal Secretary, H&FW, Justice & Law and Science & Technology is relieved of the charge of H & FW and Science & Technology
5. OT Chingmak, IAS, Principal Secretary, Water Resources is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Science & Technology.
6. Kikheto Sema, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Horticulture is transferred and posted as APC and Commissioner & Secretary, Agriculture Department.
7. Chubasangla Anar, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Land Revenue, NRE and F & CS is relieved of the charge of F&CS.
8. Anenla T Sato, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Women Resource Development shall hold Additional charge of Horticulture.
9. Kekhrievor Kevichusa, IPoS, Commissioner & Secretary on deputation is posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Industries & Commerce.
10. T Mhabento Yanthan, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary to Governor Nagaland shall hold Additional charge of Team Leader, NHBM.
11. Kenilo Apon, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Transport is transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Water Resources.
12. Sarah R Ritse, NCS, Secretary, Social Welfare on promotion is retained as Commissioner & Secretary, Social Welfare.
13. K Libanthung, NCS, Secretary, Works & Housing on promotion is transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Transport Department.
14. W Honje Konyak, NCS, Additional Secretary, Works & Housing on promotion is transferred & Posted as Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies.
15. Wezope Kenye, NCS, Additional Secretary, H&FW on promotion is retained as Secretary, H&FW.
16. Sehjang Doungel, NCS, Additional Secretary, Soil & Water Conservation on promotion is transferred and posted as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs.
17. A Robin Lotha, NCS, Additional Secretary, Transport on promotion is retained as Secretary, Transport.
18. Sedevikho Khro, NCS, Secretary, Power is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Excise.
19. Tarep Imchen, NCS, Commissioner of Excise is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Works & Housing.
20. Mohammed Ali Shihab. IAS, Joint Secretary, Art & Culture on promotion is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Power Department.
21. Akumla Chuba, NCS, Director, YRS on promotion is retained as Director, YRS.
22. Zarenthung Ezung, NCS, Joint Secretary, Horticulture on promotion is retained as Addl. Secretary. Horticulture.
23. Imtirenla Jamir, NCS, Joint Secretary, Works & Housing and Team Leader, NBM on promotion is retained as Additional Secretary, Works & Housing and Team Leader, NBM.
24. Zhothisa Dawhuo, NCS, Director, Lotteries on promotion is retained as Director. Lotteries.
25. John B Chawang, NCS, Joint Secretary, Eco. & Statistics on promotion is retained as Additional Secretary, Eco. & Statistics.
26. Renbonthung Tsopoe, NSS, Additional Secretary, School Education is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies.
27. T Wati Aier, NCS, Joint Secretary, Water Resources is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, YRS.
28. T Nehumbemo Odyuo, NCS, Deputy Secretary, Power on promotion is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Municipal Affairs.
29. Hiazu Meru, NCS, Joint Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Home, (GAB).
30. Sangmai C Imlong, NCS, ADC, Commissioner's Office on promotion is retained as Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner's Office.
