ANTA HQ Kohima informs
Kohima, April 26 (MExN): The All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) HQ Kohima informed all the ANTA Hq. Kohima members' ( i.e owners and drivers of taxis) that the Association will felicitate the members' children who have secured Top 20 and 1st Division in HSLC and HSSLC examination 2026. All the concerned members have been requested to submit their ANTA HQ.Kohima ID Card and Registration slip along with mark sheet of their children to ANTA Hq.Kohima office within 15 days from the declaration of results.

FGN Rengma Region condoles demise of Lt Gholomo Kath 
Dimapur, April 26 (MExN): The Rengma Region of the Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) has expressed condolences on the demise of Lt Gholomo Kath, a National worker, who passed away on April 26. In a condolence message issued by Midan Peyu Logubu Nsii, it stated that Kath was appointed on August 3, 2020, and served as Khapur before being entrusted with the responsibilities of Razou Peyu and Leacy Member. The organisation conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for strength and comfort for them, and for eternal peace of the departed soul.

KMC revises street vendors daily sanitation fee
Kohima, April 26 (MEN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has revised the rate of the street vendors daily sanitation fee from Rs. 30 to Rs 50 for less space occupier and Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 for wide space occupier with immediate effect and will remain till further order. This is subjected to revise as and when deemed necessary by the authority, according to an order issued by Alemyapang Longchar, Chief Executive Officer, KMC.

Nagaland Red Cross to organise ‘Walk for Humanity’ on May 8 
Kohima, April 26 (MExN): The Indian Red Cross Society, Nagaland State Branch will organise a walkathon titled “Walk for Humanity” on May 8 to mark World Red Cross Day and commemorate the 198th birth anniversary of Red Cross founder Henry Dunant. The walkathon will be flagged off at 7 am from the Red Cross Complex and will culminate at Old NST Station, Kohima, at around 9:30 am. The event aims to promote humanitarian values, health awareness and active community participation, especially among youth, according to an official release.
