With no ‘response’ from the state Government concerning the “pathetic road condition,” people living near Circular Road touching Upper Penli, Upper Majakong, Upper Artang, Upper Arkong and Sangtemla Ward contributed to concrete the existing road for the smooth flow and ride, particularly for students studying in Straightway Hr Sc School, Mokokchung.
