The Nagaland RMSA Teachers’ Association 2016 (NRMSATA-2016) extends its heartfelt gratitude to all individuals, students’ unions, civil society organizations, tribal apex bodies, parents, and children across Nagaland for their unwavering support throughout our struggle for justice.
What began as 367 voices has now grown into thousands, united in truth and justice, echoing across every corner of the state. More than 200 letters of support and solidarity from diverse stakeholders remind us that we do not stand alone. Our struggle has become a collective cry for justice, carried forward by the people themselves.
NRMSATA-2016 thanks every supporter whose encouragement and solidarity have been instrumental in keeping our collective spirit alive and in ensuring that our voices were heard. Together, we affirm our commitment to justice, fairness, and the rights of teachers in Nagaland.
We remain deeply appreciative of your commitment to justice, fairness, and the dignity of labour. Your solidarity has not only empowered the RMSA 2016 batch but has also reinforced the broader cause of equitable treatment for all educators.
We are profoundly grateful to all who stood beside us and supported our cause, whether through words of encouragement, acts of solidarity, and unwavering support. Your generosity and goodwill have strengthened our resolve and reminded us that this struggle is carried forward by many hands and many hearts.
Although the issue has not yet reached a final resolution, with the assurance from the State Government that our matter will be addressed and resolved favourably within six months, we are keeping our sit-in protest in abeyance and have decided to resume our duties in the greater interest of the students—especially those in classes 8 and 9 who will be appearing for their final exams soon.
As we continue to pursue our constitutional rights, we look forward to your continued support and solidarity in our shared pursuit of justice and fairness.
Justice for teachers! Justice for all!
With gratitude,
Nagaland RMSA Teachers’ Association 2016
