In view of the prolonged pendency of the matter, the presence and participation of all JV shareholders is earnestly requested so that the matter may be discussed collectively and appropriate steps may be taken for the settlement of the pending bills, according to NCSU vice president Hoshito Assumi.

The meeting has been fixed on October 13 at 12:00 noon at NCSU Conference Hall, Kohima.

All JV shareholders have been requested to attend the meeting without fail and extend their cooperation for a meaningful discussion and resolution of the matter.
