Assam, Manipur settle for draw

Guwahati, August 27 (MExn): Mizo Falcons today scored a thumping 5-0 victory over Meghalaya Thunders, Mizoram at the ongoing Northeast Futsal League (NEFL) being played at NC Bordoloi Indoor Stadium Sarusajai, Guwahati.

In another match on August 27, Apurba Manipur and Assam Titans settled for a draw scoring two goals each. 

A press release from NEFL Media Manager informed that the ongoing league is the India’s first-ever mixed-gender futsal league.

A total of six teams from the region are participating at the seven-day event culminating on August 31.
