Maligaon, June 6 (MExN): To clear extra rush of passengers, it has been decided to continue the services of two pairs of special trains bearing no. 06103/06104 (Nagercoil Jn-Dibrugarh-Nagercoil Jn. & Train no. 06105/06106 (Nagercoil Jn-Dibrugarh-Nagercoil Jn.) together will run for two trips each in both directions. These trains will run with the existing days of service, timings and stoppages. Also, NF Railway has decided to operate a one way summer special train between Guwahati and Howrah on June 7.
Accordingly, train No. 06103 (Nagercoil Jn.-Dibrugarh) special has been extended to run from June 7 till 21 on every Friday. In return direction, train no. 06104 (Dibrugarh-Nagercoil Jn.) special has been extended to run from June 12 till 26 on every Wednesday.
Train no. 06105 (Nagercoil Jn-Dibrugarh) special has been extended to run from June 14 till 28 on every Friday. In return direction, train no. 06106 (Dibrugarh-Nagercoil Jn.) special has been extended to run from June 19 till July 3 on every Wednesday. The extensions of these trains services will benefit wait listed passengers of other trains in those routes.
Moreover, train no. 05680 (Guwahati-Howrah) one way special will depart from Guwahati at 05:50 hours on June 7 on Friday to reach Howrah at 03:00 hours on Saturday. The one way special train will consist of 21 coaches for the convenience of passengers. During its journey, the train will run via Goalpara Town, New Bongaigaon New Jalpaiguri, Malda Town, and Bardhaman etc. railway stations.
‘The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and social media platforms of NF Railway. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey,’ Sabyasachi De, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press release.
