Guwahati, October 12 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) will be operating four more pairs of Puja special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the forthcoming Puja season.
The Puja special trains will run between New Jalpaiguri– Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri and New Jalpaiguri – Howrah – New Jalpaiguri, informed an official release.
Suvidha Puja Special train no. 82315 (Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri) will run for one trip leaving from Sealdah at 11:40 PM on October 21 to reach New Jalpaiguri the next day at 10:45 AM.
In return direction, train no. 82316 (New Jalpaiguri - Sealdah) will run for one trip leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45PM October 22 to reach Sealdah at 12:30 AM.
Suvidha Puja Special train no. 82301 (Howrah – New Jalpaiguri) will run for one trip leaving from Howrah at 11:55PM on October 25 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 AM, the next day.
In return direction, train no. 82302 will run for one trip leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 PM on October 26 to reach Howrah at 12:10 AM.
Puja Special train no. 03103 (Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri) will run for five trips leaving from Sealdahat 11:40 PM on all Saturdays from October 28 till November 25 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45AM on the next day.
In return direction, train no. 03104 (New Jalpaiguri - Sealdah) will run for five trips leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 PM on all Sundays from October 29 till November 26 to reach Sealdah at 12:30 AM.
Puja Special train no. 03027 (Howrah – New Jalpaiguri) will run for five trips leaving from Howrah at 11:55 PM on all Wednesdays from November 1-19 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 AM on the next day.
In return direction, train no. 03028 (New Jalpaiguri - Howrah) will run for five trips leaving from New Jalpaiguri at 12:45 PM on all Thursdays from November 2-30 to reach Howrah at 12:10 AM.
Both ways, all the Puja special trains will run via Bandel, Azimganj Jn., Malda Town, Barsoi and Kishanganj, the release added.
