Guwahati, October 25 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) will be observing Vigilance Awareness Week 2019 from 28th October 28 to November 2 with the theme “Integrity – a way of life.”
Various programmes will be held across NFR to create awareness amongst Railway employees and general public during the period, informed a press release from Subhanan Chanda, NFR’s Chief Public Relations Officer.
Among others, there will be administering of “Integrity Pledge” to all the NFR’s employees at HQ and Divisions and distribution of pamphlets/handouts on preventive vigilance activities, it said.
Sangosthi, interactive session and seminar with officers of all departments, organising human chain will also be observed while NFR will conduct inter college debate competition for colleges and essay/drawing cartoon & poster competition for schools and in Zonal Railway Training Centre(ZRTI) / Alipurduar Jn, Supervisors Training Centre(STC) /New Bongaigaon,
Railway Employees will also present Nukkad Nataks (street play) during the event while vigilance Bulletin will also be released on the occasion.
