CHÜMOUKEDIMA, APRIL 11 (MExN): Norman Putsure College, Chümoukedima, in partnership with the Nationalist Institute of Technology & Innovation (NITI) Nagaland, conducted a resume-building and mock interview session on Friday for final-year BA students, aimed at enhancing job readiness and professional skills.
The session was led by Aajay Sethi Jain, Founder and Managing Director of NITI Nagaland, who shared practical strategies for crafting effective resumes and approaching interviews with confidence. As part of the logistics of resume building, he emphasized the need to acquire transferable skills, customize each resume to align with the specific role and employer, and ensure clarity, accuracy, credibility, and completeness in supporting details.
Jain underscored the value of first jobs, particularly in smaller firms, as launch pads for career growth. He urged students to embrace early opportunities, however modest, to build experience and adaptability.
The session concluded with a Q&A segment, allowing students to engage directly with Jain and seek personalized advice.
