Kohima, July 26 (MExN): The Naga Students' Federation (NSF) informed all students, stakeholders and the general public that the proposed peaceful protest scheduled for July 27 has been kept on hold until further notice. This decision has been taken following wider consultations and in view of ongoing engagements with the concerned authorities to address the issues raised by the Federation, according to a notification issued by NSF. “The Federation remains steadfast in our commitment to safeguarding students' rights and will announce the next course of action should satisfactory progress not be made,” according to a notification issued by NSF vice president Vimeyiekho Vitso and general secretary Kenilo Kent.
