Dimapur, March 20 (MExN): The National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell of Pranab College, in collaboration with the State NSS Office under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, organised a one-day leadership programme on Friday.
The programme featured Dr Wapangsenla Imchen, Head of the Department of Management at Tetso College, as the resource person.
A total of seven colleges participated in the event, along with the NCC Unit, NSS Cell and Student Union of Pranab College.
The programme was conducted in two sessions. The first session focused on theoretical aspects, where the resource person delivered a lecture on leadership development and social responsibility.
The second session was activity-based, emphasising practical application of leadership skills. Participants took part in case study analysis, group discussions and presentations, followed by feedback from the resource person.
The programme concluded on a successful note, with organisers stating that it was engaging, informative and beneficial for participants.
