Nagaland today observed 8th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 by joining the telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s candid conversation with students from New Delhi.
The programme, organized by Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, took place at Dr. N.K. Government Higher Secondary School, Seikhazou, Kohima.
Pariksha Pe Charcha is a movement that is driven by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to bring together students, parents, teachers and the society to foster an environment where the unique individuality of each child is celebrated, encouraged and allowed to express itself fully.
The Prime Minister urges everyone to put exams in the right perspective, rather than making it a life- and-death situation punctuated by undue stress and pressure.
Addressing the students, Kevileno Angami, Commissioner Secretary for School Education & SCERT Nagaland said that Pariksha Pe Charcha is being going on for the last few years, which focus discussion on examinations.
Pariksha Pe Charcha raised issues related to stress and anxiety on the stream to be chosen by students.
The main idea of Pariksha Pe Charcha is to how to face stress during exam time, she said.
Touching on exam preparation, the commissioner & secretary said “we will be facing a lot of challenges and a lot of problems but there are always solution. It is how we are able to take the challenges and take it on positive note.”
Kevileno hoped that the students will prepare to face the challenges and face exams with positivity. Temsunaro Aier, State Mission Director, Samagra Shiksha Nagaland and Commissioner & Secretary for Information & Public Relations, Nagaland and Razouseyi Vese, Director, School Education, Nagaland with several other officials from school education department present at the programme.
