Kohima, September 14 (MExN): The Treasury Officer, Kohima, North informed all the pensioners drawing pension from the Kohima North Treasury that the physical verification for the current year 2011 will be conducted as per the scheduled (See Box).
All concerned pensioners have been informed to check their serial numbers and date in the notice board, which will be verified in sequence, and come with the original documents and necessary certificates for family pensioners.
No further extension will be made for the same, and no payment will be made without annual physical verification. This was stated in a release issued by P. Ajung Amer, Treasury Officer, Kohima, North.
SCHEDULE FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION
* Live Pensioners W.E.F: 20-09-2011 to 28-09- 2011
* Family Pensioners W.E.F: 20-10-2011 to 29-10-2011
* Timing: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM except on Wednesday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
