Nagaland-based band Pink Eye has been invited to perform at the prestigious Fuse Arts Festival in London, United Kingdom this June.

The invitation was announced today by Abu Metha, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Nagaland, who took to his Instagram handle to extend his congratulations to the young and energetic band.

“Being invited to such a prestigious event is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and talent,” Metha posted in Instagram handle.

This venture has materialised due to the positive support from the State Government and is a collaboration between TaFMA Nagaland and RSL Awards India, London, UK.

Metha thanked Fuse Arts Festival and RSL Awards India for believing in young talents from Nagaland. He also lauded Theja Meru, chairman TaFMA for “another fantastic initiative.” He wished the band all the very best as they represent Nagaland on the international stage

These ventures are positive results coming out of our constant efforts in international collaborations like the Country and Institutional Partnerships with the UK and the British Council, Metha stated.
