Dimapur, July 5 (MExN): In response to the press statement given by Khehoto V Zhimo on July 3 and 7 against Ghosuho Tuccu, president of Sumi Region NNC (NA), he has given the details of the “positions & various meetings”.
In a rejoinder, he stated that he joined NNC with Tokuho Zhimo former NNC dumSumi region i/c in 2006. In September 9, 2008, he was appointed as the president of Sumi Region. In September 9, 2010, he delivered a speech at a general meeting held at Kutur village. In October 7, 2010, he was re-elected as the president of Sumi region at Kuda Community Hall, Dimapur meet. In October 8, 2010, “Hoito Village GPRN & NNC on condition of Unity. Sign Chairman NPC Azheto, Kilonser GPRN (sic)”. In October 14, 2010, he attended reconciliation meeting of GPRN and NNC FGN at Khehoi designated camp. In February 14, 2011, “Appointed from NNC ECCM Core Committee Member from Sumi Region on date 22nd, 24th, 28th Feb, 2011 GPRN FGN & NNC Core Committee Meeting (sic)”.
He also went on saying that in May 16, 2011, he attended GPRN, Home Kilonser – Hothrong Chaplee Kilonser-Gughalu Meeting. In May 17, 2011, he was appointed as a ‘kilonser’ for transport and communication. Lastly, on June 26, 2011, he was one of the signatories during core committee meeting, president GPRN Khole and ‘ato kilonser’ Kitovi and home ‘kilonser-Hothrong’ for Naga Reconciliation.
Meanwhile, as per the notification in an emergency meeting of all the council of ‘kilonsers’, ‘tatars’, ‘leacy’, ‘rajupeyu’, ‘khapur’ and ‘army commanders’ on July 4, it was resolved that ‘azah’ will take action against Khehoto Zhimo if he release any press statements in future against Ghosuho Tuccu, the rejoinder stated.
He also claimed in the note that Khehoto V Zhimo has not enrolled in any of the faction and he is just a public creating misunderstanding among the NNC and public. Further, the meeting also passed a resolution as per the ‘azah’ to take action against him.
