Dimapur, October 19 (MExN): Refresher training of Anganwati workers under Kubolong ICDS project was conducted under the initiative of Social Welfare department.
A press note received here stated deputy director of Social Welfare, Kohima Imdangtiba was the guest officer at the programme. Delivering a brief key note address he encouraged the Anganwati workers to work diligently for the welfare of the people especially women and child.
The programme highlighted revision of activities on six components of UCDS, Health and Nutrition education by CDPO S. Wati Ozukum.
Practical session was initiated by Meyalemla and Bendangnaro, supervisors of the department, where Anganwati workers were taught to prepare monthly progress report (MRP) and growth chart. All the Anganwati workers of Kubolong attended the refresher training, the note informed.
