ENSUD Union Assembly today

Dimapur, July 8 (MExN):
The Eastern Nagaland’s Union Dimapur (ENSUD) shall conduct its Union Assembly on July 9 at its treasurer’s residence (Sub Jail area) at 2:00 pm. All the units’ president, general secretary, senior leaders, college representative and subordinate bodies are requested to attend the assembly without fail. The six tribal units of ENSUD (Konyak, Chang, Phom, Sangtam, Yimchunger and Khiamniungan) are directed to attend the Assembly with five members each, informed a press note issued by its speaker P Honko Luklem.

NSCN/GPRN on revenues

Dimapur, July 8 (MExN):
The Ministry of Chaplee Affairs, NSCN/GPRN in supplementation to its earlier notice, has issued an addendum. The revenue on the following listed items – fresh fish, dry fish, egg, sawmills, LPG agencies, fuel pumps/filling stations and oil depots, fruits and vegetables will be 2.20% salary commission, 5% on contract and supplies. People’s council of Nagaland responds

Dimapur, July 8 (MExN):
The People’s council of Nagaland has “reluctantly rejected the insolvent National Workers and self styled” organization - NNC (N/A) led by Z. Hosheto Chopy as general secretary and M. Kiumukum as vice president, who were desperately rejected by their own community for ever as of now under fallowing peculiar circumstances.
In a press note issued by V. Kiso and S. Ezung Publicity and Information, NNC stated that the M Kiumukum and his associate members had misused  hefty amount of money of  People’s Council of Nagaland as recorded in the People’s Council record, “as such they are treated an insolvent National Workers”.
“In this connection they were expelled from the National Council setup as per their wages of sin in the interest of natural justice for the People’s.It appears that in spite of being insolvent and expelled workers they are taxing upon the general public of Nagaland here and there Dimapur area in particular, and not sparing  even the local entrepreneurs under the behest of NNC (N/A),” the note said.

NPF Mokokchung Division meeting

Dimapur, July 8 (MExN):
NPF Mokokchung Division shall be holding an emergency meeting on Monday, July 11 at the divisional office premises beginning from 10:00 am. This was informed by NPF Mokokchung Division’s general secretary, Tangit Imsong. Division Office bearers, CEC members of Mokokchung Division, Division In-charges from HQ Kohima and all frontal office bearers under Mokokchung Division are requested to attend the meeting without fail, Imsong informed.

CSU Union assembly

Dimapur, July 8 (MExN):
The Union Assembly of the Chakhesang Students’ Union has summoned the 5th Union assembly on July 15, Conclave Conference Hall, LCS Building, Midland, Kohima at 11:00 am. The house will deliberate on the Union activities/programs and the issues confronting within the Chakhesang community in general and students in particular. Therefore, two representatives from each affiliated Units/Subordinate bodies are compulsory to attend. Absentees will be dealt with as per the resolution of the 1st Union Assembly.
