No bird shooting within DMC jurisdiction
Dimapur, August 5 (MExN): The office of the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has stated that it has been brought to its notice that bird shooters of various categories has been disturbing and destroying the properties of public, and also endangering life in and around the Municipal area. A press note issued by Chief Executive Officer, DMC, Imtirenla Jamir, has therefore said that any person found shooting within DMC jurisdiction will be strictly dealt and punished.

DYC organizes social work today
Dimapur, August 5 (MExN): The District Youth Congress Dimapur has organized a social work on August 6, 6:00 am at Super market Area in commemoration of the 64th Indian Independence Day. All the DYC office bearers and executives , five AYC office bearers along with their respective party volunteers and all the youth presidents and secretary of the polling committees of five Assembly constituencies under Dimapur district and well wishers are requested to attend the social work, informed a press note issued by its president K Longri Imchen and secretary Paul Angami.
