GBs & VDBs new building inaugurated

Zunheboto, February 17 (DIPR):
The new building for GBs and VDBs was inaugurated by G. Kaito Aye minister for Roads and Bridges at Satakha on February 15. DPRO Zunheboto in a note informed that this is the first office building in the Sema’s area. In this connection G. Kaito Aye appealed the GBs and VDBs to cooperate and support the government for further development in the area. Speaking on the occasion the chief guest thanked the GBs and VDBs for their Cooperation and their good works. DC Zunheboto T.Kiheto Sema, DRDA department and all the heads of the department at Satakha attended the function.

ANCSF meet discusses ICDP schemes

Dimapur, February 17 (MExN):
The All Nagaland Co-operative Societies Federation (ANCSF) Executive Body meeting held on February 16 at it head office Kohima Nagaland at 10:30 am. ANCSF President, R. K Mekro in a press release said that the meeting thoroughly deliberated the issue of ICDP schemes in Mon, Zunheboto and Dimapur districts. It has come to the notice of the ANCSF that the funds which were allotted to the cooperative societies in the three districts is yet to release to the beneficiary societies. The ANCSF urged the concerned department (Cooperation) to release the same at the earliest for early implementation of the various schemes without delay.

CSDD warns

Dimapur, February 17 (MExN):
Reiterating its ban on illegal activities issued though pamphlet, press release etc, the Consumer Society Dimapur District (CSDD) warns the ‘vested interest persons’ who are involved in collection of money etc as reported in the name of the society that they are hereby condemned. CSDD president T. Hetoyi Ypetho and general secretary Khekivi Z. Wotsa through a press note also further inform the business establishments of Dimapur district to report any illegal activity immediately to the nearest Police Station for arrest, and if anybody found/come across indulging in such anti-social activities in the name of CSDD, it is not tolerable.

Hero Mindmine conducts training

Dimapur, February 17 (MExN):
Hero Mindmine, the training institute for “advantage English programs, soft skills, IELTS exams, and customer service and call center certificate courses” conducted one day training on Soft Skills at Hope Academy on February 12 which proved to be a fruitful interaction for both the trainees and the trainers. This was informed in a press release issued by the training institute.

NPYC appoints officiating president

Dimapur, February 17 (MExN):
The president of the Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress has appointed Longri Imchen and Toshiakum as the officiating president of District Youth Congress, Dimapur and Mokokchung respectively. NPYC President Kuputo Shohe in an appointment order has directed both the newly appointed officiating presidents to take over the charge of office till a new president is appointed.

Peren Census Community Monitors meeting held

PEREN, February 17 (MExN):
The meeting of Census Community Monitors with village and ward representatives of Peren Sadar, Peren Town and Ngwalwa Charge was held on February 15 at DC conference Hall Peren in presence of Khrienuo C. Metha, Deputy Commissioner Peren, SDO (C ) Peren (Sadar), SDO (C ) Ngwalwa and Census Nodal Officers Peren. Sentiwapang Aier, SDO (C) & District Census Officer in a press release stated that the visiting officials interacted with the village/ward representatives regarding the ongoing population enumeration process. Around 50 (fifty) representatives attended the meeting.
