Dimapur, December 14 (MExN): North East Zone BVP Conference and 3rd Regional Quiz Competition (NE) “Bharat-Ko-Jano” organized by 'Bharat Vikas Parishad' has been postponed owing to the situation developed due to ongoing anti-CAB protest rally in Assam. Bishnu Bhattacharjee, Regional Secretary BVP NE & Convenor BVP Quiz competition organising committee in a press release said the programme was to be held on December 15 at Durga Mandir auditorium, Dimapur. Delegates and student participants were scheduled to join the event from all the North East states but failed to reach Dimapur due to agitation in Assam. Swadesh Ranjan Goswami, National Additional Secretary General of BVP extended sincere regret to participants and delegates due to inconveniences caused. Rescheduled date and time will be informed by BVP through press and media after finalisation.
