DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 1 (MExN): Dr. W. Y. Ovung Retired Joint Director Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Nagaland died at Naga Hospital Kohima at 4:30 am today. According to family members the funeral Service will be held at his residence in Wokha Town at 1:00 Pm on 2nd October 2011.
