Imphal, January 23 (NNN): Seven KCP (Lalheiba faction) cadres involved in the January 21 night Tellipati IED blast have been arrested by the police. Talking to media persons this afternoon, additional superintendent of police (Imphal West) AK Jhalajit disclosed that based on the specific information received, the Imphal West district police commandos swung into action and arrested two cadres first including a woman cadre from Imphal's Sagolband area at around 9: 45 am today.
Acting based on the disclosure of the two arrested cadres, five others of the same faction was arrested from the same locality later, said the police officer.
