Special Camp for SVEEP Awareness for Phek dist from August 25

Phek, August 24 (MExN): In view or the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR), the District Election Office. Phek, is conducting a Special Camp for SVEEP Awareness and Assistance to voters covering all the Assembly Constituencies of the District, commencing from 25th August 2026.

The Special Camp will kick off from Zuketsa Circle, covering both Zuketsa and Khezhakeno circles.

The Special Camp is being organized with the objective of providing a convenient platform for the general public to seek clarification and assistance regarding the ongoing SIR process, particularly with regard to Enumeration Forms (EFs), verification of electoral particulars, submission of documents, and other issues relating to the revision process.

The Special Camp will also provide technical and procedural assistance to BLOs and BLAs in the following areas; Verification of electors and their particulars, filling up and submission of EFs, Uploading and digitization of EF through the BLO App, Resolving difficulties relating to elector verification and BLO Mapping, Assistance with technical/app-related issues, Retraining of BLOs who are facing difficulties in operating the BLO App or in completing the online verification and EF related process and Notice/ Claims and objections period.

The concerned ERO or the AERO shall be present during the Special Camp to oversee the proceedings and provide necessary guidance and assistance to the Team.

The BLO Supervisors and BLOs should compulsorily attend the Special Camp under their respective jurisdictions.

All Area Administrative Officers and Village Council Leaders have been requested to disseminate this information widely among the public so that no eligible elector is left without assistance during the ongoing SIR exercise.
