Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): The office of the Additional Drugs Controller, Controlling and Licensing Authority, Drugs Control Administration, Nagaland, has informed that the sale of surgical mask in the pharmacy retail outlet is hereby fixed temporarily at the ceiling price of Rs.30/-(Inclusive of GST and freight charges) per mask within the state of Nagaland. This does not include N95 and all other higher grade masks.
In this regard, all pharmacy retail outlets within the state have been directed to adhere strictly to this order and any licensee found selling above the ceiling rate shall be liable for cancellation of license without any further warning.
Further, all pharmacies dealing with these items have been directed to display the rates of all surgical masks and higher grade masks in front of the pharmacy premises for public information. All hand sanitizers shall however be sold at MRP (Maximum Retail Price) and not otherwise.
