DIMAPUR, JULY 9 (MExN): The Asetkong Mungdang and the Kubolong Ad hoc Town Committee will be jointly conducting a surprise checking exercise of all the government establishments and offices within Kubolong Block, under Mokokchung District from July 2011 onwards. This exercise is as per the Resolutions adopted during 2009 Asetkong Mungdang viz Resolution No.4. This was informed in a press note issued by Merentemsu, President, Asetkong Mungdang and Bendang Aier, General Secretary, Asetkong Mungdang.
Names and designations of Government employees of any department under Kubolong Block found to be not in attendance during the surprise checking will be published in the local newspapers. Further, the matter will be forwarded to the respective Heads of Departments for further necessary action. All government employees posted at Kubolong Block are therefore forewarned to perform their assigned duties as required by rule. Asetkong Mungdang will not be responsible for any consequences that may befall on the defaulting employees as a result of this exercise.
