Longkumer, Managing Director, Nagaland Hotels Limited attended the UK INDIA Business Council (UKIBC) at London (United Kingdom) October 14, 2011 on “Opportunities for UK Companies in Eastern and North Eastern India.”
The interactive session on was graced by Kamal Nath, Union Minister of Urban Development as the guest of honour where the speakers were Lord Karan Bilimoria, UKIBC President, Pajiv Mundra, Sr. Vice President, Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Right Hon. Greg Clark, UK Minister for Decentralisation & Cities, RN Prasad, acting Indian High Commissioner to UK.
The topic for the panel discussion was ‘Opportunities in Indian States’ where the panelists included Pardyut Bordoloi, Minister of Power, Industries & Commerce and Public Enterprise, Government of Assam; Imkong Imchen, Home Minister, Government of Nagaland; Chief Secretary, Government of Assam and Secretary Tourism, Government of Manipur.
