Kohima, October 8 (MExN): The Water and Sanitation Support Organization (WSSO) Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) will be organizing a one day Total Sanitation Campaign for apex women bodies in Nagaland at Hotel Japfu Kohima at 10.:00 am on October 11.
Minister for PHED Dr. Dr. Ngangshi K. Ao will grace the occasion as the chief guest.
Er.Mhondamo Ovung, Chief Engineer PHED will chair the inaugural function while the objective of the campaign will be highlighted by Er.Kevisekho Kruse,Director, WSSO.PHED.
Zhaleo Rio IAS, Secretary PHED will also exhort the gathering.
The resources persons for orientation programme include Er.Agwaseng Kent, EE. WSSO.PHED on Total Sanitation Camping-Vital issues and Practical Issue on conduct of TSC Campaign at grass root level while Adi Nakhro, IEC Consultant, WSSO.PHED will speak on the topic “Good Sanitary Practices” and Imsubenla Ozukum, Consultant WSSO.PHED on “ Importance of sanitation for good community health.”
A film on “Zero Waste Management” will be screened by Atoi Hesso, DEO, PHED.
