Peren, March 13 (MExN): Two day training programme on ‘production technology of horticulture crops in NEH Region’ was organised at Mhainamtsi village community hall on March 11 and 12.
It was organised by Jalukie Block Farmer’s Producer Organization in collaboration with ICAR-KVK, Peren, Nagaland and sponsored by Central Institute of Horticulture (CIH), Medziphema, stated a press release received here.
During the programme, various topic such as nutrient management in kharif vegetable crops, scientific cultivation of kharif vegetable, horticulture base integrated farming system, Jalkund: Low-cost water harvesting for vegetable cultivation, integrated pest management and post-harvest management in king chilli etc were delivered by the resource persons from KVK-Peren and CIH) Medziphema.
