
Guwahati, March 27 (MExN): UCO Bank had organised a special camp under Resource, MSME and Agriculture Carnival at The Mirana Hotel in Tinsukia City on March 25.
Shashi Kant Kumar, General Manager from the Bank's Head Office, Kolkata was present during the camp. The event was attended by Branch Managers and present and prospective customers of the branches located in Dibrugarh and Tinsukia districts, stated a press release received here.
Under this campaign, loans are being provided to eligible new and existing customers as per their requirement so that they can expand their business as well as play an important role in the development of the country by creating employment for the youth.
Narendra Pratap Singh, Zonal Manager of UCO Bank, in his welcome address said that under the ongoing campaign, so far loan amount of more than Rs 86 crore has been sanctioned to 1735 beneficiaries by Jorhat Zone.
He informed the customers about the recent achievements of the Bank which include CASA of Rs 1 Lakh Crore, advances of Rs 2 Lakh Crore and achieving business level of more than Rs 5 Lakh Crore.
