Bringing people together:
Dividing people further:
• Too many mushrooming of civil bodies, tribal bodies, government bodies this clearly shows lack of efficient governance in terms of administrative, judicial and executive task being underperformed leading to creation of so many civil bodies who believe they have to represent the failed aspirations of its society. This results in having a state that is in chaos and that has impacted Naga society, unless something drastic happens from the bottom-Up or Top-Bottom we are going to see our society further slip into a state of anarchy, for which we are already seeing the signs!
• The more civil bodies the more the financial obligation
• The more the number of civil bodies in Nagaland the divided we are. Because those bodies have turned to self benefits and the leaders are not leading the bodies for common goods and interests but just for self motive.
• "Self preservation" is the motive behind civil bodies and it creates more man-made boundaries leading to more physical, social, spiritual and mental divide
• People minds of ideology becomes diverted into division of interest resulting into physical, mental conflict of power.
• Naga society, with its ever mushrooming of civil bodies, self proclaimed govt-retired, GB retired, VC-retired, and what not retired have risen from the dead to form civil bodies, without ever asking any consent from civil or public voice! It's a jungle laws in Nagaland and therefore government or civil bodies act as deadweight to our already deterioration state!
• It started to divide people to section, groups, etc and it is hard to bring people together. The solution is, even if they want group or section for easy coordination, it should be under one umbrella. That way it is stronger and united.
• Creating division between brothers, clans and creating confusion amongst the Nagas.
• More groups, more differentiation, more division.
• Having diverse groups with difference in ideology and difference in identity that generate a sense of ism within different CSO in Naga society and it is dividing the people
